About the Work

It is a place that is both representative and symbolic of the region, offering a wide range of solutions for all kinds of events, whether joyful or sorrowful. The palm trees originally produced palm oil, and their leaves are used for palm fronds, as well as for making palm wine, etc. It is through this research that the artist, a native of Central Congo, has depicted this heritage to preserve these sometimes-forgotten treasures.
